What happens when it’s applied?

Unsettled bets prior to the start time of an event will remain valid and the stake will not be returned to your account. Any Live bets cannot be voided.

How do I apply it?
The Self-Exclusion option is found under the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section by going to the ‘My Account’ icon in the top right corner of your device. Alternatively, please contact Customer Support who can apply an exclusion manually.
What happens after?
Once you have confirmed your Self-Exclusion, you will be logged out & won't be able to access your account during the set period. You will also receive an email to confirm your Self-Exclusion.
Once the Self-Exclusion period expires, you would need to contact us to reactivate your account. After you have notified us, we will review your account and will only reopen an account after a 24 hour cooling off period.
There is no guarantee that your account will be reactivated and we may request Source of Wealth information or make sure that you are comfortable with your level of gambling in line with our Social Responsibility practices.
